Protecting Time® Programs Bridge the Gap.

 


 

Content for Protecting Time® programs is delivered via email. One component is an audio file which contains the narrated text of each week's Segment. Another component is a PDF file containing the Segment text and action exercises. Finally, there's a Participant Feedback Sheet.

Just listen to the audio file once a day for five or six days in a row. Daily listening helps integrate a vital learning technique called "spaced repetition." Brevity is our hallmark; listening to a Segment takes less than ten minutes. You can listen anytime when your hands are busy but your mind is not ... while you are dressing, during your commute or even while you eat.

Each Segment is facilitated in a weekly hour-long meeting or webinar. You improve your work habits and start getting more done without really trying; we provide the follow-up required to keep you moving at peak efficiency.
